key responsibilities
The Project Architect will have the following responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact person for recording needs and managing client requests.
- Conducting on-site inspections, taking accurate measurements and preliminary measurements of spaces in Greece and abroad.
- Drafting comprehensive architectural proposals and visual studies using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- Defining technical specifications and preparing financial offers.
- Presenting proposals and negotiating to finalize the agreement with the client.
- Communication with crews - contractors.
- Resolving issues during production and/or installation.

- 3-5 years of experience as an Project Architect

qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical Architect (or Civil Engineer with experience in architectural projects).
- Proven experience in designing HO.RE.CA or retail spaces in general.
- Ability to travel abroad depending on the needs of the projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greece (French as a plus)
