Project Coordination:
Assist Project Manager in daily project planning and execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain project schedules and track progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Monitor material movement and site documentation.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter project-related data into ERP/Excel systems accurately.
Maintain updated records of BOQ, invoices, bills, and work orders.
Prepare MIS reports and project status summaries.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Administrative Support:
Handle email correspondence and internal communication.
Maintain attendance records and site manpower data.
Support billing documentation and client submissions.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic ERP systems.
Strong data management and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of construction project processes.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (Any Stream)
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Ability to handle both field coordination and office documentation.
Organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
