Minimum 25 years of experience in EPC project execution, including at least 5 large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or township development projects under national and international consultants
Comprehensive understanding of the entire project life cycle – conceptualization, design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning and O&M.
Strong knowledge of PPP / EPC / DBO contracts, cost management, and risk mitigation in EPC projects.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination – Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Infra., ICT, and Landscape works.
Acquittance with Primavera / MSP, SAP, and document management tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Position Objective
To lead, manage, and deliver the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and O&M of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction project ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.
A. Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead execution of integrated infrastructure packages – Roads, Water Supply, Sewerage, Stormwater, Power distribution, ICT, WTP, and Landscape.
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction functions ensuring milestone-based progress.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, technical specifications, and quality standards per Contract.
B. Project Planning & Controls
Review and approve baseline schedules, resource plans, and financial projections using Primavera/MSP.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
Ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting, aligning with corporate financial systems.
C. Design & Engineering Management
• Oversee design reviews, approvals, and coordination with Design / Proof and other consultants.
• Validate hydraulic, electrical, and structural designs per contracts norms and Indian standards.
• Implement design change control procedures ensuring traceability and compliance.
