Key Responsibilities
- Drive structured execution of complex, interdisciplinary R&D development projects
- Ensure transparency, alignment, and governance compliance across workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, procurement, product management)
- Create decision-ready analyses, status reports, and steering documentation for senior leadership
- Manage risks, issues, and structured change processes across programs
- Facilitate fact-based discussions and alignment workshops
- Strengthen PMO standards, processes, and execution methodologies
- Support leadership with scenario evaluations and cost-structure analyses
- Required Experience (5–8 Years)
- Proven experience in structured execution of complex, cross-functional development projects
- Experience coordinating or leading interdisciplinary technical development projects (mechatronic, embedded, system-level, or cross-functional)
- Strong understanding of business–economic correlations, cost structures, and scenario evaluation
- Solid governance, risk, and change management expertise
- Extensive stakeholder coordination experience in technical and production-driven environments
- Strong reporting experience for senior management and steering committees
Technical & Tool Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (5+ years)
- Experience with Planview (nice to have)
- Experience with Sciforma (nice to have)
- Strong knowledge of PM tools, frameworks, and governance standards
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Language Requirements
English: Business fluent (mandatory)
German: Nice to have
