KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Corporate Project Management & Governance
• Lead complete project lifecycle management: concept, feasibility, DPR, budgeting,planning, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Apply structured project management frameworks (PMBOK/PRINCE2/Stage-Gate).
• Establish governance mechanisms including steering committees, review forums, risk management frameworks, and escalation protocols.
• Ensure scope, cost, schedule, quality, and compliance control across all projects.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, dashboards, and reporting systems.
2. CAPEX Planning & Financial Governance
• Develop and manage corporate Capex portfolios and budgets.
• Prepare investment proposals, ROI models, IRR analysis, and business cases for leadership approvals.
• Monitor project financials, cost variance, forecasts, and capital deployment.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit frameworks, and corporate approval matrices.
3. Procurement, Negotiation & Commercial Leadership
Lead procurement of:
Manufacturing equipment & machinery
Process systems
Packaging lines
Utilities & infrastructure
Automation & digital systemsLand, buildings, and strategic assets
- Drive vendor evaluation, RFQs, techno-commercial assessments, and final selections.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, SLAs, warranties, and risk clauses.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement for contracts and governance.
4. Site Execution & Asset Delivery
•Lead site-level execution through regular site visits and reviews.
•Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, statutory regulations, and nutraceutical regulatory frameworks.
•Manage contractors, consultants, EPC partners, architects, and project vendors.
•Ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and execution excellence.
5. Technology Scouting & Innovation Integration
•Track global innovations, emerging technologies, and new inventions in nutraceutical, pharma, and food processing industries.
•Monitor advancements in manufacturing systems, extraction technologies, formulation systems, automation, digital manufacturing, sustainability, and green technologies.
•Build and maintain a Corporate Technology Radar and innovation pipeline.
•Evaluate technology readiness, scalability, regulatory compliance, and commercial viability.
•Map new technologies into corporate capex strategy and long-term investment planning.
•Lead pilot projects, proof-of-concept initiatives, and technology adoption programs.
6. Stakeholder Leadership & Governance
•Act as the central coordination point between leadership, operations, engineering, quality, regulatory, finance, legal, and external partners.
•Provide leadership updates, dashboards, MIS, and governance reports.
•Ensure transparency, accountability, and strong corporate governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
•B.E / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil / Industrial)
•MBA / PGDM (Operations / Project Management / Finance) – PreferredCertifications (Preferred):PMP / PRINCE2 / CPM
•Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
Experience:
•8–15 years of structured project management experience
•Proven leadership in corporate projects and capex portfolios
•Experience in nutraceutical / pharma / food processing / FMCG manufacturing sectors
•Strong exposure to greenfield and brownfield project environments
•Experience in technology integration and modernization programs
