key responsibilities
- The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, preferably holding a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, IT), Physics, or Biochemistry and Biotechnology. You must be based in Barcelona and demonstrate a deep commitment to working within highly regulated environments, including GMP regulations and ISO standards. Technical skills & Expertise:- Agile Mastery: At least 5 years of experience leading projects using Agile/Scrum/Lean methodologies. - Industry Experience: Proven track record in software development companies focused on the Pharma/Life Sciences market, specifically with eBR projects or enterprise software implementations. - Tool Proficiency: Expert-level command of Jira and Google Suite. - Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of Business Intelligence, including ETL and Data Warehouse methodologies. - Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is a significant advantage. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):- Industrial Systems: Functional knowledge of ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or MES.- Emerging Tech: Basic understanding of AI, Deep Learning, and Industry 4.0/IIoT concepts. - Certification: A PMP Certification is highly desirable.
