key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Designing, developing, and testing automation solutions within machinery and industrialenvironments
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization through digital technologies
- Supporting and contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart factory concepts and data-driven manufacturing
- Eliminating defects and errors within product and software development
- Participating in and complying with quality and IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, andindustrial best practices
- Implementation and maintenance of custom software solutions, including machine-to-machine(M2M) integration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
experience
- 5 years of experience in similar position within an industrial environment
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
skills
- Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Ability to keep up with the latest technologies
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar fieldAdvanced English skills (verbal and written communication)
- Proficiency in maintaining automation systems and industrial IT/OT integrations
- Understanding of robotics (ROS), AI, and machine learning
- Proficiency in a compiled programming language such as Python, C#, VBA, Java, or other selectedlanguages
- Familiarity with IoT, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial communication protocols
