About the Role
Randstad is currently recruiting for two Project Officer / Senior Project Officer vacancies within a dynamic Building & Infrastructure team. You will contribute to the delivery of medium-to-high risk and value infrastructure projects, helping shape critical public health facilities.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for discrete elements of low-to-medium value and medium-to-high risk, complex infrastructure projects.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Project Delivery: Managing project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and human resources with support where required.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting and contributing to both in-house and private sector project teams to plan and deliver key works.
- Procurement & Contracts: Assisting with contract development, managing contract administration systems, and contributing to dispute resolution processes.
- Data & Reporting: Accessing system data, analysing trends/performance, and providing insightful reports and advice.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Financial & Admin Support: Verifying accounts for payment, issuing invoices for works and services, and maintaining project management systems.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated background in infrastructure project management.
- Industry Background: Relevant experience within the building or construction industry is highly regarded.
- Contract Administration: Proven experience in contracting procedures and system management.
- Communication & Negotiation: Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering customer-centric outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with project data, track performance, and compile accurate project reporting.
