THE ROLE
Working closely with Project Managers and Lead Engineers, you will coordinate the administrative and operational lifecycles of high-technology projects. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Administer project-related documentation, including risk registers, action item registers, schedules, budgets, and project tracking information.
- Assist in the production of project management outputs such as reports, plans, templates, letters, and proposals.
- Support the preparation of tender responses with administrative assistance.
- Maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource trackers.
- Managing technical records, compliance documents, and vendor-related approvals (PO/Invoicing).
- Acting as a central point of contact for internal engineering teams, external vendors, and government partners.
- Preparing structured status reports, meeting agendas, and tracking action items to ensure no deadline is missed.
- Ensuring all project outputs align with ISO standards and specific security frameworks.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your experience in:
- Experience: 2+ years in a project coordination or support role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-focused environment.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office 365 (Project, Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar is a plus).
- Detail Driven: An eagle eye for accuracy in document handling and scheduling.
- Communication: Professional etiquette with the ability to translate technical updates into clear reports.
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be Australian Citizens and eligible to hold a high-level Australian Government Security Clearance.

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a Defence Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- National Police Clearance
