Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate engaging, high-impact training sessions across multiple formats, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning environments.
- Content & Resource Creation: Support the Training & Capability Lead in designing and building end-to-end learning materials, such as eLearning modules, quick reference guides, user guides, instructional videos, and practical workshop modules.
- Needs Analysis & Skills Gaps: Partner closely with business units to evaluate current vs. future skills gaps, identify specific capability needs, and feed strategic insights into overall training schedules.
- Change Management Integration: Implement capability strategies and change principles that maximize learning outcomes and empower employees toward self-managed continuous growth.
- Logistics & Regional Travel: Oversee logistics for training delivery and travel as required to facilitate in-person training at regional hubs across Queensland.

- Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical system processes into clear, accessible concepts.
- Mobility: Willingness and availability to travel to regional Queensland locations for face-to-face training delivery when required
