- Je geeft leiding aan de uitwerking en verdieping van de maatregelen op Lijst B.
- Je analyseert per taakgebied de minimale wettelijke uitvoering versus het huidige serviceniveau.
- Je formuleert heldere effectrapportages over maatschappelijke impact, financiën en overhead.
- Je borgt bestuurlijke besluitvorming via PHO-memo's en adviseert het Directieteam.
- Je stemt af met het parallelle proces rondom het Collegeprogramma voor optimale aansluiting.
