求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry in Japan.
・Proven track record of successfully influencing policy and building relationships with key stakeholders.
・Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
・Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
・Deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare system and regulatory landscape.
・Experience in risk assessment and mitigation in a regulated environment.
・Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
