key responsibilities
- Vous êtes responsable de la stratégie des achats
- Vous assurez la disponibilité des produits (délai et quantité)
- Vous supervisez, développez et motivez l'équipe achat dans la gestion quotidienne
- Vous suivez les livraisons
- Vous gérez les problèmes Supply Chain (Disponibilité et qualité)
- Vous optimisez les processus
- Vous améliorez en continu la gestion des stocks, les coûts logistiques et la fiabilité des fournisseurs
- Vous négociez et gérez la relation avec les fournisseurs et les transporteurs
qualifications
- Vous avez un Master ou un Bachelor en Supply Chain, achat, logistique.
- Vous avez min. 5 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain dans un contexte international
- Vous avez une forte capacité analytique
- Vous êtes expert en processus d'importation
- Vous avez un fort sens d'Ownership et vous êtes un leader dans l'âme
- Vous êtes capable de coacher et développer des talents
- Vous avez un excellent niveau en néerlandais, français et anglais

- Bachelors or equivalent
