key responsibilities
As a PV Site Manager position, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and control project schedules, identifying critical path risks and implementing effective recovery actions to mitigate delays.
- Manage on-site costs, including consumables, equipment, and labor, ensuring all activities are delivered within the approved budget.
- Oversee quality assurance and inspections, ensuring full compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including as-built records, inspection protocols, and all handover deliverables.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the Project Manager, outlining site progress, key achievements, and any critical issues
experience
2+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role, specifically on
qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role, specifically on utility-scale PV projects (e.g., 10 MW+).
- Deep knowledge of PV construction methods, including civil works, mechanical mounting, electrical wiring (DC/AC), and substation installation.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Greek language skills are highly advantageous.
