Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Execute manual test cases across front-end application UIs and backend integration services connecting the client platform with third-party systems.
• Defect Tracking & Logging: Systematically record test results (passed/failed), log detailed bug reports, and track defects through their resolution lifecycle.
• Regression & Re-testing: Perform rigorous re-testing of test cases post-bug-fixing to ensure platform stability and high-quality deployments.
• Documentation & Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with Functional Analysts to translate complex functional requirements, user stories, and use cases into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary quality bridge, communicating effectively between business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

1-3 years of professional experience

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manual application testing, ideally within the Banking Sector, Lending Automation systems, or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms.
• Functional & Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to understand functional analysis processes while maintaining the technical acumen needed to collaborate directly with development teams.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proven ability to document clear test cases and interface with technical teams.
• Education: University Degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
