You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, biology, chemistry, etc.)
・10+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
・Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S).
・ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor experience.
・Strong communication and leadership skills.
・Fluent Japanese and Business level English.
・Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, cosmetics) is preferred.
・Experience with ISO 13485, GMP, or ISO 22000 is a plus.
