Production monitoring:

Overseeing production activities on the shop floor to identify and resolve issues that may affect productivity.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of production reports.

Management of the PDI centre in the United Kingdom (Southampton):

Coordinate and monitor British machines at the PDI centre in Southampton.

Conduct regular audits to check the condition of the machines and the operational workflow.

Maintain contact with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Eucup production control (Beveren, Belgium):

Conduct audits and checks to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

Work with teams to ensure a smooth production and delivery process.

• Experience as a mechanic in the heavy construction machinery sector is a must.
• Strong ability to manage complexity and make sense of large amounts of sometimes conflicting information.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Experience in optimising workflows and improving processes for maximum efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
