In the role of Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete quality system, audits, and compliance standards within a dynamic production environment. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert bridging the gap between production sites, contract manufacturers, and management. By establishing and analyzing data-driven quality measurements, you will prevent and resolve non-conformities directly within the process. Additionally, you will guide the transfer of complex technical manufacturing processes to satellite locations. This is a challenging position where your professional expertise directly contributes to the continuity and standardization of the entire production landscape.

- Extensive experience with quality systems (including GMP, EES, and ISO standards) within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge in the fields of auditing, compliance assessments, and complaint management within production processes.
- Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and contract manufacturer performance to management.
- Expertise in the technology transfer and quality assurance of complex manufacturing processes to external or satellite sites.
