key responsibilities
- Je ondersteunt dagelijks bij het uitrollen en tiptop in orde houden van ons ISO 9001 systeem.
- Je bent geen bureauzitter. Je coördineert en volgt kwaliteitsacties op daar waar het gebeurt: midden in de productie!
- Zie je een afwijking of komt er een klacht binnen? Jij duikt er bovenop, analyseert wat er misging en stelt slimme oplossingen voor om herhaling te voorkomen.
- Komt er een audit aan? Geen stress! Jij bereidt alles tot in de puntjes voor en begeleidt de keurders met een glimlach.
- Je houdt de kwaliteits-KPI's scherp in de gaten. Zie je een trend? Dan kom jij proactief met verbetervoorstellen.
- Jij vertaalt droge richtlijnen naar heldere visuele instructies, handige digitale tools en vlot begrepen briefings. Zo weet iedereen precies wat de bedoeling is!
- Samen met de protocel zorg je dat nieuwe prototypes en processen een vliegende (en kwaliteitsvolle) start krijgen.
qualifications
- Je hebt een technische of kwaliteitsgerichte achtergrond en hebt al de nodige vlieguren gemaakt in een productieomgeving. Kwaliteit is voor jou geen vak, maar een mindset!
- Een bureau is prima, maar op de productievloer voel jij je pas écht in je element. Je vertaalt complexe richtlijnen moeiteloos naar praktische acties waar de collega's direct mee aan de slag kunnen.
- Je bent communicatief ijzersterk. Je geeft niet alleen instructies, maar je coacht en motiveert je collega’s om samen het kwaliteitsniveau naar een hoger plan te tillen.
- Heb je een hart voor metaal en lassen? Dan pas je perfect in ons team!
- Ervaring in de piping of kennis van EN1090 en ISO3834? Dat is voor ons de kers op de taart! 🍒
- Je bent volledig thuis in de wereld van ISO9001. Jij weet precies hoe je dit systeem levend en relevant houdt.
- Of je nu in het Nederlands of Engels overlegt, jij spreekt altijd de juiste taal.
