key responsibilities
- Je vormt een onverslaanbaar duo met de Quality Officer.
- Samen bewaken jullie de kwaliteit en zorgen jullie dat alle processen op rolletjes lopen.
- Geen afwijking of klacht is jou te gek! Jij registreert ze met precisie en volgt verbeteracties op de voet om onze standaard nóg hoger te leggen.
- Bij nieuwe projecten en prototypes ben jij de administratieve spil. Jij houdt de documentatie strak en georganiseerd, zodat innovatie alle ruimte krijgt.
- Je bent hét gezicht van ons interne kwaliteitslabel STERK. Met jouw enthousiasme zorg je dat iedereen binnen de organisatie dit label met trots naleeft!
qualifications
- je hebt een mooie technische of kwaliteitsgerichte opleiding op zak en hebt al een paar jaar vlieguren gemaakt als kwaliteitsmedewerker in een productieomgeving.
- Orde en structuur zijn jouw middle names. Je houdt moeiteloos het overzicht over processen en documentatie en je bijt je vast in de opvolging van acties tot alles perfect is.
- Je krijgt energie van een industriële omgeving. Heb je affiniteit met metaalbewerking en lassen? Dan heb je een streepje voor!
- Je communiceert vlot en met flair, of dat nu in het Nederlands of in het Engels is.
