We are urgently hiring an experienced, certified, and safety-conscious Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach & Counterbalance) for a large distribution facility in a straight day-shift role ($27.00/hr).

Responsibilities
High-Reach Driving: Safely operate a Raymond Reach truck to place and retrieve heavy pallets from racking systems up to 40 feet high.
Cross-Equipment Operation: Operate a Counterbalance forklift for loading, unloading, dock work, and staging materials.
Inventory & RF Scanning: Use RF scanners to accurately track, log, and pull inventory according to pick lists.
General Labour & Physical Work: Perform manual warehouse duties off the machine, including sorting, stacking, and heavy manual lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Team Communication: Work closely with supervisors and follow detailed operational instructions accurately and safely.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. (Hands-on practical assessment may be required prior to starting).
Certifications: Valid, up-to-date licenses for both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance.
Comfort at Heights: Comfortable and steady operating equipment at extreme heights (40-foot ceilings).
Technical Skills: Proven experience using RF scanners for order picking and inventory management.
Physical Stamina: Able and willing to do general labour and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
Communication & Reliability: Excellent English communication skills, a track record of strong attendance, and a dedicated focus on workplace safety.
