Design and execute bespoke sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent for various business units.
Act as a consultative advisor to senior leadership by providing market intelligence and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining a strong commitment to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Collaborate with internal human resources centers of excellence to optimize the candidate journey and elevate the employer brand.
Proactively build and nurture talent communities for specialized skill sets to ensure a sustainable pipeline for future organizational needs.
skills and experience required.
At least 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle corporate recruitment, preferably within a large-scale multinational environment.
Proven expertise in proactive headhunting and strategic sourcing across multiple digital platforms and professional networks.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide guidance to hiring managers.
Advanced interviewing and assessment competencies with a track record of delivering high-quality talent under tight timelines.
Prior experience managing recruitment across different geographic regions and familiarity with modern recruitment technologies
