About your role

people management

• Fulfill the role of the employer for the Randstad temp and permanent workers
• Accompany the Randstad temp and permanent workers in the daily operation
• Execute the performance review and evaluations with the client
• Develop career opportunities for Randstad temp workers

client management

• Develop a long-lasting relationship with the client (s)
• Cooperate with their line manager in increasing the knowledge of the needs of our clients and adjust our services to it
• Develop and maintain Senior Stakeholder relationships onsite
• Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client
• Participate in planning meetings

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

• Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Emphasis on quality recruitment delivery
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Experience hitting KPI's
• Resilience
