The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You'll be the bridge between talent and opportunity. Your day-to-day will involve:
Business Development: Proactively reaching out to companies across the North East to understand their hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing: Using our world-class tech and your own networking skills to find the best talent in the market.
Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Negotiation: Managing the offer process and closing deals that benefit all parties.
