about the job
This is a high-impact role focused on driving market adoption of a proprietary portfolio of specialty active ingredients. Your primary objective is to embed the company’s portfolio into the formulation libraries across Asia, ensuring these ingredients become the gold standard for regional beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Roadmap: Lead the APAC market entry strategy.
- Strategic Integration: Secure long-term supply agreements and technical buy-in from regional CMs, positioning the company as their preferred innovation partner.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the lead of Asia, feeding regional regulatory trends and formulation needs back to the R&D teams in HQ.
- Industry Presence: Represent the brand at major regional trade shows (e.g., in-cosmetics Asia) and build high-level industry visibility.
- Operational Autonomy: Manage the regional P&L and sales pipeline.

skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of direct B2B sales experience within the cosmetic active ingredients/beauty ingredients sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related Life Sciences discipline is essential.
- Proven ability to close complex, long-cycle ingredient supply contracts and navigate formulation workflows.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
