This is a comprehensive Regional Commercial Manager role with full accountability for the profitability and brand health of our client’s healthcare range in the region. It is a general management position where you will act as the head of your assigned markets.
- Distributor Excellence: Appointing, managing, and auditing high-performing distributor partners to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Commercial Strategy: Developing and executing integrated marketing and sales plans that drive brand growth and market share.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensuring absolute brand integrity across all touchpoints, from communication to merchandising and in-store execution.
- Partner Management: Leading relationships with third-party advertising agencies to build a lasting consumer franchise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with internal Business Development, Legal, and Regulatory teams to navigate market access and streamline inventory and order fulfillment.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing regional market, with deep knowledge of its regulatory and distribution landscape.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, appointing, and managing third-party distributors to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Experience in building consumer franchises and working with creative agencies to execute brand strategies.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset who can navigate complex paradoxes and turn strategic priorities into tactical wins.
