Required Qualifications and Competencies:-Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar qualifications, such as Industrial Engineering.-A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.-Experience in research, analysis of technical regulations, and project management.-English level B2.-Skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valuable Experience:-Technical research activities.-Reading and analyzing technical regulations.-Contact with clients, suppliers, and/or authorities.Other Desirable Knowledge:-Knowledge of a third language: Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, French, Russian, German, Korean.-Knowledge of radio equipment certification.-Familiarity with technologies such as 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, UWB, ITS, Bluetooth, GNSS, RFID, cybersecurity, among others.-Knowledge of vehicle certification and other certification processes is a plus.
