What we are looking for:

• Relevant Banking Experience: A background in either a frontline Agribusiness/Commercial Banking role OR as an experienced Agribusiness/Commercial Credit Analyst looking to transition into portfolio management.
• Strong Credit & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated skill in cash flow analysis, balance sheet assessment, and structuring agricultural debt facilities.
• Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for getting out on the farm, understanding primary producer operations, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Openness to Relocate: A genuine desire to relocate to one of Australia's premier regional agricultural hubs.
• Working rights: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia, i.e. either Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
