In this role, you will bridge the gap between fundamental photochemistry and scalable system architecture. Your key responsibilities include:

• Process Optimization: Characterize and refine (photo)chemical parameters to ensure robust and repeatable light-directed DNA synthesis.
• Material Analysis: Study material properties to exercise precise control over light exposure and the spatial confinement of reactions.
• System Integration: Define technical specifications to integrate developed photochemical processes into intermediate and scaled-up system models.
• Library Management: Lead and coordinate the synthesis of oligonucleotide libraries. This includes evaluation, cross-validation with external services, and overseeing the full lifecycle (deprotection, release, formulation, and packaging).
