- Assessment of return requests
- Contact with the POC in the countries/regions
- Data analysis in different applications
- Clarifications in SAP R3 ERP-System
- Generate and maintain reports for inventory projections, backorders, set deployments
- Maintains and updates dashboard for key performance metrics on a regular basis
- Supports tactical management of Excess and Obsolescence process execution
- Generate reports in support of the Cost Improvement and Capex Governance process
- Monitors reports on Safety Stock levels to meet established targets
