Nous recherchons un responsable maintenance pour la gestion d'un nouvel atelier sur la région de Marche-En-Famenne.

key responsibilities
Vous serez actif sur un site industriel.
En tant que responsable maintenance vous aurez les tâches suivantes :
- Organiser et superviser la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements industriels.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la fiabilité des installations.
- Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe de maintenance.
- Diagnostiquer les pannes et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration continue.
- Gérer les fournisseurs, pièces de rechange et sous-traitants.
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des procédures.
qualifications
- Ingénieur industriel.
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction similaire en environnement industriel.
- Bonnes connaissances en mécanique, électricité, automatisation et maintenance industrielle.
- Connaissance d'un système GMAO et du TIA Portal est un atout.
- Personne de terrain, organisée, réactive et orientée résultats.
- Capacité à gérer une équipe.
