key responsibilities
- Vous pilotez les budgets
- Vous gérez les investissements
- Vous menez les projets d'amélioration continue.
- Vous encadrez et développez les compétences d’une équipe de techniciens passionnés.
- Vous apportez votre œil critique sur les systèmes électriques, mécaniques et pneumatiques complexes.
- Vous assurez une sécurité et une qualité irréprochables sur l'ensemble du parc machines.
qualifications
- Un diplôme d'ingénieur avec 7 ans d'expérience minimum.
- Un profil de mentor : vous aimez transmettre et faire grandir vos équipes.
- Une solide expérience dans le secteur industriel
- Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- une expérience dans le secteur alimentaire est un gros plus
