Our client is a well established Retail firm and we are currently looking for a Retail Forensic Lead to join them.

About the job
As a critical member of the risk management division, you will oversee the strategic execution of forensic analysis and internal inquiries across the enterprise. You are responsible for directing complex investigative portfolios ranging from financial irregularities to policy breaches ensuring that findings are translated into robust, company-wide mitigation strategies. This role involves managing high-level stakeholder relationships, collaborating with legal and human resources departments, and acting as a primary liaison with regulatory authorities to safeguard organizational interests. Furthermore, you will drive the adoption of advanced intelligence platforms and automated detection tools to modernize the firm’s risk culture. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy investigator who knows exactly how a retail or F&B business works on the ground. We need an independent thinker who can spot hidden risks in the numbers and handle investigations with real-world common sense.

Skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in Accountancy or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as a data miner in the retail and F&B sectors would be highly advantageous.
