An established and fast-growing hospitality group is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to take ownership of revenue strategy across a diverse portfolio of resorts and accommodation assets.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to a commercially driven revenue professional who thrives on data, strategy, and performance optimisation. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for revenue performance, systems, pricing, distribution, and forecasting across multiple properties.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Drive revenue growth across all properties through effective pricing, inventory and distribution strategies
Own revenue management across all channels, systems and platforms
Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term performance planning
Partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver commercial outcomes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across revenue, systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
Daily management of pricing, inventory and distribution across all channels
Daily, weekly and monthly revenue reporting, forecasting and trend analysis
Monitoring booking pickup, wash and performance vs budget
Reviewing and implementing cancellation, deposit and commercial policies
Analysing market conditions, demand patterns and competitor strategies
Managing group pricing and yield to maximise profitability
Ensuring rate parity and system accuracy across all platforms
Supporting annual budget preparation and long-term revenue planning
Maintaining accurate benchmarking, forecasting and market share reporting
Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and revenue performance
About You
You are a commercially minded Revenue Manager who enjoys ownership, accountability and variety. You bring strong analytical capability, a proactive mindset, and a passion for performance.
You will ideally have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Revenue Management role (hospitality highly regarded)
Proven success in driving revenue growth and optimising yield
Strong PMS and Channel Management System experience
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A “can-do” attitude with strong attention to detail
Experience working across multiple properties (highly regarded)
Leadership or people management experience (advantageous but not essential)
