We are looking for hardworking and reliable Spray Seal Laborers with HR Drivers license and White Card to join our team based out of Dandenong. This position involves active hands-on road construction, operating HR trucks, and traveling for regional projects. Key Responsibilities
- Driving and operating HR trucks to and from site locations
- Hands-on spray sealing, rake hand duties, and general road construction laboring
- Preparing site surfaces, spreading aggregate, and maintaining equipment
- Traveling and working away from home for extended project runs

Requirements
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck License (Unrestricted or Synchro preferred)
- Valid Construction White Card
- (desirable) experience in spray sealing, rake hand laboring, or road surfacing - training can be provided
- Willingness and flexibility to work away from home on continuous swings
- Strong work ethic, physical fitness, and commitment to site safety
- Complete full medical, Drug and Alcohol
