    About the role Exciting Bid coordinator opportunity within Ventia's - Defence and social infrastructure team! Support bid team to co-ordinate and prepare bid responses to client specificationsSource/compile non-technical content including company information, insurances, certificatesFormat proposal documents ensuring strong brand complianceCreate document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables and graphs in line with our brandingReview proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to submissionCoordinate document production and deliveryTender for upcoming projectsPrepare presentations and content for interviewsInput and maintain accuracy of customer relationship management data.
