    Roles and Responsibility:Recruitment Specialist specializing in particular industry. Gathering market intelligence on jobs in the industry, candidate pools. Interaction with the Client HR SPOC to understand the Job details & position logistics.• Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii)conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands of the client.• Leverage Technology and use multiple sources of candidate attraction.     Responsibilities• Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managersacross the organisation to deliver timely, reliable and performant cloud-based developmentenvironments, test environments and infrastructure.• Gather requirements, identify key business objectives and provide solutionrecommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.• Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manageimplementation schedules and project budgets.• Adhere and manage the technology choices and tools adopted by the lead architect and CTO.• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick off and ensure effective completion ofproject milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.• Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodstandards.• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team.
