show more- Implement, monitor, and enforce the project’s HSE management system in compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Conduct daily toolbox briefings, site safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with statutory and project HSE requirements
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures in coordination with project managers and site teams
- Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure all workers, contractors, and subcontractors are properly briefed, trained, and compliant with HSE policies and procedures
- Liaise with DOSH, local authorities, and other relevant agencies on all statutory matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, including permits, reports, incident logs, and safety documentation
- Support the implementation of Emergency Response Plans, including drills, first aid, and crisis management readiness
- Promote a strong safety culture by actively engaging workers and management in continuous improvement initiatives
