- Team Leadership & Coordination: managing and mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring the best possible results,
- Discount & Rebate Oversight: supervising the application and validation of discounts, monitoring the calculation and settlement of discounts,
- Customer Claims Management: overseeing the registration and processing of customer claims; monitoring claims processing trends and proposing process improvements to reduce the number of claims and improve customer satisfaction,
- Operational Excellence & Reporting: ensuring compliance and integrity of customer data and transaction system; Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- financial or economic education,
- 4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance or administration,
- experience in team management,
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
- knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level will be an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce
- excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
