Workload: 80–100% (please mention your preference)
Remote/Home Office: Hybrid – Flexible splitting between home office and the Baden office, combined with regular travel.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement the regional sales strategy to distribute high-performance motors, generators, drives, and related services to industrial customers across Switzerland.
Project Tendering & Coordination: Lead project tendering activities by identifying, qualifying, and actively pursuing opportunities. Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, product management, and service) to deliver competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals.
Early-Stage Influence: Influence engineering companies and key decision-makers early in the project lifecycle to position our solutions as the preferred specification, ensuring alignment with customer technical requirements.
Client Acquisition & Care: Look after and grow relationships with existing customers while actively driving the acquisition of new clients to sustainably increase market share.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Understand customer needs to offer tailored technical solutions and lead technical and commercial contract negotiations to a successful conclusion.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track market trends, identify new business opportunities, and manage sales documentation, including maintaining account plans and CRM sales pipelines.
Academic Background: University degree or a diploma of higher education (TS/HF) in an engineering or technical field.
Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of motors, generators, drives, and associated power/drive services.
Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer account management and sales strategy execution, with a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of the local Swiss market and customer landscape is a strong plus.
Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Mobility & Travel: Readiness to travel throughout Switzerland, with a primary focus on the German-speaking region.
Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a distinct advantage.
