We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for one of the leading global beauty brands. This position will focus on driving sales across major pharmacy and specialty beauty retail chains, and requires your urgent attention.
- Reporting to: General Manager (GM)
- Location: Petaling Jaya, hybrid working arrangement
- Team size: 1 direct report, 10 indirect reports

the role
- Negotiate and monitor trading terms, sales performance, and retail data to determine action plans and achieve KPIs across key pharmacy and specialty chains (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Sa Sa, Ainz & Tulpe).
- Lead and motivate a dedicated sales team of direct and indirect reports to monitor and ensure flawless front line Visual Merchandising (VMD) and optimal stock situations.
- Plan promotions and activities closely with customers within budget to achieve company sales targets.
- Build strong relationships and serve as the main contact point with customers for the communication, negotiation, and execution of company direction.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of fmcg sales or key account management experience. Beauty industry experience managing skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products is highly desirable.
- A strong track record of managing Modern Trade (MT) channels, particularly health & beauty pharmacies or specialty retail chains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , paired with an independent and strong drive to achieve goals.
