Following our acquisition by the Denholm Group, we are entering a pivotal growth phase. We need a tenacious Sales Manager to reclaim and expand our Norwegian footprint.
We are looking for a commercially strong Hunter to move our operations from reactive to proactive.
As the commercial face of Pipetech in Norway, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and Tier-1 decision-makers. You will have the mandate to open doors, implement modern sales tools, and drive our growth strategy.

Your key responsibilities:
- Drive growth: Full ownership of the Norwegian sales pipeline for both core services and our innovative DSR (Downhole Scale Removal) technology.
- Strategic networking: Utilise your existing Tier-1 network to secure high-value contracts with major operators and contractors.
- Solution selling: Transform technical capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Sales excellence: Establish a structured sales process, including CRM management and accurate forecasting for the UK group.
- Market intelligence: Identify new opportunities and synergies within the broader Denholm portfolio.
Who Are You?
You are an ambitious "door-opener" who combines analytical sharpness with relentless execution power.
You have a proven track record of solution selling within the Norwegian oil & gas sector and thrive with autonomy and accountability. You are a self-starter who drives your own pipeline with discipline.
Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential.
