The Role
As the first dedicated sales hire for the Hong Kong market, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition across Hong Kong and Taiwan region.
Drive Growth: Execute strategic sales plans to capture market share across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and potentially Greater China.
Consultative Selling: Position sophisticated SaaS, Transfer Agency, and BPO solutions to C-suite stakeholders at Tier-1 fund houses and wealth platforms.
Deal Mastery: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to complex contract negotiations and closure.

The Ideal Candidate
Expertise: 3–8 years of B2B sales experience within FinTech, SaaS, Fund Services, or Financial Outsourcing.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the financial ecosystem (e.g., Fund Admin, Pensions/MPF, or Asset Servicing).
Language & Drive: A proactive "hunter" mindset with total fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
