You will serve as our Primary Commercial Leader in Australia, working with direct support from the Global CEO and overseas HQ technical/supply chain teams. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will have direct ownership of market entry, customer acquisition, and commercial growth across Australia.

- Market Expansion & Strategy: Drive 0-to-1 business growth across Australia, executing B2B sales roadmaps and local commercial penetration strategies.
- Key Account Acquisition: Spearhead strategic commercial partnerships across Australia, targeting EITHER of the following core sectors.
- Deal Execution: Lead contract negotiations, proposal presentations, and relationship management to secure major commercial contracts and product pre-installations.
- Brand & Industry Ecosystem: Position the company's brand in the Australian market through active engagement at industry trade shows, local forums, and key partner networks.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate directly with overseas R&D and supply chain teams to ensure smooth technical alignment, order fulfillment, and client satisfaction.
skills and experience required.
- Industry Track Record: Distributed Solar, BIPV, Roofing, or Building Energy Solutions; OR RV Manufacturing, Custom Van Retrofitting, Outdoor Equipment, or Mobile Power Systems.
- 0-to-1 Hunting Mindset: Strong individual track record of building customer pipelines from scratch and closing high-value commercial deals independently.
- Executive Communication: Native or professional fluent English with exceptional commercial negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with international HQ teams.
- Autonomy & Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable driving growth independently in a fast-paced environment.
