Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop New customers/business partners and build a stable sales platform that is profitable and sustainable long-term growth potential for local market (Sales Manager)
- Responsible for the complete sales cycle activities including client prospecting, product presentation, sampling, pricing, payment collection, sales support, market planning, and reporting.
- Meet sales targets set by the company.
- Work closely with HQ product team including constant feedback survey, monitor market trends, competition's products/pricing info, customer preferences, identify new products/target customers, and action plans to generate product demand.
- Provide support and after-sales services including problem resolution, expert advice [consultancy, and strengthening customer relationships]
- Visit and establish productive, professional relationships with target key customers
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs constantly.
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities including sales visit; exhibition participation; visit with the HQ product team.
- Manage and lead proactively a sales team and support them by achieving the sales target.
- Lead a team of around 6-10 people which is focusing on the daily operations such as sales, procurement, finance, and logistics.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in distribution B2B, in the construction & painting chemical raw materials industry with a proven track record.
- Familiar with the application spec of paint raw materials, cement, mortar and skimcoat (construction business)
- Candidates must have their own car and be willing to travel locally.
- Good presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and passionate about the chemical raw materials business.
