• Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.

• 5+ years of sales experience in fluid equipment or components, with proven success in developing Pharmaceutical End Users.

• Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively integrate regional sales resources and create cross-functional/regional synergy.

• Strong self-motivation, capable of pioneering business independently in complex market environments and willing to travel frequently.
