This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity with a market-leading organisation. In this pivotal field-based role, you will take ownership of a well-established territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
You will drive the growth of Ego's trusted, science-backed dermatological skincare products while delivering best-in-class service and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly, cycle, and annual sales targets within your designated Brisbane territory.
Account Development: Expand product range distribution and sales volume in both existing and new pharmacy accounts.
Clinical & Product Training: Conduct engaging product training and educational presentations for pharmacy teams to drive recommendation rates.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising: Negotiate optimal shelf placement and maintain premium in-store displays, including shelf trays, strips, and promotional materials.
Strategic Territory Management: Strategically manage your call cycles to focus on high-potential accounts, submitting accurate data via CRM systems.
Stock & Market Intelligence: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment, while staying up to date on competitor activity and market trends.
Industry Engagement: Attend national and state conferences, trade shows, and wholesale events to support major product launches.
Education: High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent is required.
Experience: Previous territory management or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within the pharmacy or FMCG channel is highly desirable.
Commercial Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a genuine drive to smash sales targets.
Autonomy: Highly organised with the ability to work independently in the field while contributing to a broader state team.
