We are looking for a proactive multitasker who loves to switch between customer contact and operational coordination.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be the expert for customers regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
- You support the sales team with accurate data entry and collaborative teamwork.
- You bridge the gap between Sales, Production, and RMA to ensure timely delivery and repairs.
- You take ownership of the order process, from initial entry to handling returns (RMA).
