This Position reports to Business Manager - E2EIn this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on UPS Sales teams¿ customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all Company units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.You will be mainly accountable for:· Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with Company¿s offering and strategy.· Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy· Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation Using your knowledge of customers¿ needs and Company's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers· Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions and INCOTERMS· Daily use the Salesforce tool to create opportunities, cases and reports
