Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the Operational Readiness Plan (ORP), ensuring strict alignment between Engineering (CAPEX) and Operations
Manage integrated schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring logical connections and milestone alignment with the master CAPEX schedule
Facilitate planning workshops and perform resource loading to forecast workload for internal and external teams
Monitor deviations, conduct root cause analysis on delays, and provide regular progress reports to management
